Ian Resigns from Choir

My name is Ian, and I have been a chorister for 25 years.

Jacinta has been an extraordinarily supportive friend in my life and the lives of so many others. She is not just a teacher of music but a mentor who has imparted faith and emphasized the significance of our role in inspiring prayer through song at Mass.

Seeing someone so respected and devoted treated this way by the Church, after all she has given, is deeply upsetting. Her tireless work and dedication deserve recognition, not dismissal.

In my time here, I have never witnessed such disrespect shown by a Dean toward the standing Director of Music. Fr. Sean has been the biggest barrier to the success of this choir.

I will not sing for the Cathedral until Jacinta has been reinstated.
