Jacinta's 24th Anniversary as Director of Music

Today should have marked the 24th anniversary of Jacinta’s tenure at St Mary’s Cathedral Perth. Starting as organist in 2000 and Director of Music in 2008.

What should have been a joyous occasion filled with celebration has been overshadowed by her unfair and ill-informed redundancy.

Just one week before this milestone, Jacinta was made redundant by Fr. Sean Fernandez.

Let us take this opportunity to reflect on everything Jacinta has accomplished during her tenure with the St. Mary’s Cathedral Perth Choir. Her contributions to the church community have been profound, and her legacy of dedication and artistry will continue to inspire us all to keep on the fight until she is reinstated to her rightful role.
